Service Description

PreconFactory is an online platform that provides users with access to exclusive pre-construction real estate opportunities in Toronto. Our platform allows users to browse, filter, and inquire about pre-construction properties, as well as interact with our team of experienced real estate professionals. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on available properties, but we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information.

User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• 1. Provide accurate and complete registration information, including your name, email address, and any other requested contact information.
• 2. Use our platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• 3. Not use our platform to solicit business from users who have not opted-in to receive such solicitations.
• 4. Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create a copy of our software or any proprietary technology used on our platform.
• 5. Not post content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise prohibited by these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, images, audio, and video, provided on our platform is owned by PreconFactory or its licensors. By using our services, you agree not to:

• 1. Reproduce, distribute, or display any content from our platform without our express written permission.
• 2. Create derivative works based on any content from our platform without our express written permission.

Disclaimers

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our platform.

Liability Limitations

In no event shall PreconFactory be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our liability for damages under this Agreement will be limited to the amount of fees paid by you to us during the one (1) year period preceding the event giving rise to such claims.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate these Terms and your access to our platform at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease, and we may delete or destroy all content associated with your account.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Act (Ontario), 1997, as amended from time to time.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without notice to you. Your continued use of our platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
